How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to ship all orders the same day, assuming they are placed before 3pm Pacific Standard Time. All orders are sent out via UPS or the US Postal Service, depending on your location and your need for speed. Both are usually very quick and reliable services. Most orders tend to be delivered within 24 to 48 hours, however on rare occasions delivery may take a little longer. If you believe there may be a problem with your delivery feel free to contact our customer service team who will be happy to help.

How will I know Trickwood has received my order?

All of the products on this site are top-quality authentic brands and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand-check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.

However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 15 days of receipt, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in ORIGINAL RESALEABLE condition.

As a service to our customers, Trickwood would like to point out that we cannot take responsibility for items once washed.

You must ensure that the goods are well packaged so that they are not damaged during shipment. Please also make sure that the item is sent via a tracked service and insured, as Trickwood cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit on returns.
